Functions and indications: nourishing yin and nourishing the heart, calming the mind and improving intelligence. Used for heart blood deficiency, restlessness, mental confusion, strange dreams at night, palpitations, and forgetfulness.

Dosage and Usage: Oral. 8 capsules at a time, 3 times a day.
